Green cuisine

Assigment: Within interdisciplinary teams you will tackle a problem regarding the food industry.

We are driven by food waste, 40% of our food worldwide is waste. Vegetables and fruit make up a large part of this waste.

We conducted a primary research through a FB questionnaire  and found out that people don’t engage with growing plants because they struggle with looking after them.

We want to bring people back into contact with nature and let them produce their own vegetables. 

 

Green Cuisine offers an app controlled, solar powered vegetable growing system. It is an energy source for indoor living spaces which encourage households to become more veg-autonomous.
